Lead Use of Force/Control & Defensive Tactics Instructor

With over 26 years of experience in Corrections and Security. Jeremy Sand serves as the Lead Use of Force and Control & Defensive Tactics Instructor (UOF/CDT) for the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission. His professional career is defined by a deep-seated commitment to the safety of public servants and the communities they protect.

Jeremy's tactical expertise is grounded in nearly 35 years of martial arts practice, competition, and instruction. Jeremy holds advanced belts and instructor certifications across multiple disciplines, specializing in the seamless integration of traditional grappling and modern law enforcement applications.
